Stang designed icons for the front panels for this block, housing 525 units. Each depicting typical “home” objects like a fish bowl, soup pan, wall clock, cat on couch, laundry basket etc. Mei Architects are responsible for the design, the execution of which will be finished by the end of 2025.

The Green Light District project will transform the centre into a future-proof, sustainable and iconic piece of Amsterdam. The project will hereby set an example to the rest of the Netherlands and the world.
