The shopping mall Marineda City decided to create an art route with murals inside the center itself. The initiative sought to give visibility to local talent, promote it and at the same time decorate the center itself. The commission was to visualise two concepts, sustainability and the world of fashion.

Red Light? No, Green Light District! The heart of the city of Amsterdam is densely populated and the most visited square kilometer in Europe. The Green Light District project will transform the centre into a future-proof, sustainable and iconic piece of Amsterdam. The project will hereby set an example to the rest of the Netherlands and the world.

Cyprian created a more than 50 meters long mural in the AMC Children’s hospital in Amsterdam. A love story between a girl and a boy. The images are inspired by the Vondelpark and Leidseplein square in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

This series deals with the causes and effects of global warming and climate change, such as bush fires, polar ice melting and mass consumption/production of meat. This series points out the “hottest” areas in the world on the respective topics.
This image was created for a sustainability campaign. It was shortlisted at Communication Arts 2019 Illustration Competition and won a Runner-up Award at Creative Quarterly No.55.
Together with London based agency Bread Collective, Aart-Jan did the branding for Welsh festival GreenMan 2017.
