A series of illustrations for Mezza, the weekend magazine of Het Algemeen Dagblad. These illustrations were designed and made for three abstract poems, creating a blend of art and literature.
Artwork made during residency at Almost Perfect in Taito-ku, Tokyo. In this series, three examples of the use of Japanese ceramics are shown (goldfish pond, ramen bowl and Ikebana vase). The ‘Kingyo’ illustration was also used as a cover on the Tokyoiter.
